MICRO PRIMER Neoprene primer for microporous surfaces, rubber and soles. Using a small brush, apply PRIMER MICRO to the microporous material as a first coat, allow to dry for 10-15 minutes at room temperature, then apply polyurethane adhesive (SAR 306).
