Return Policy

 
In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, a 14-day return guarantee applies.
  1. The return of goods purchased in the online store owned by UAB Arenalis at www.leather.lt is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Lithuania.
  2. By purchasing an item in our online store, you have the right to cancel the order and return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
    2.1. the returned product is in its original, undamaged packaging with original labels;
    2.2. the product has not been used and is not damaged;
    2.3. the product has not lost its commercial appearance;
    2.4. the returned product is complete, including all accessories and documentation supplied by the manufacturer;
    2.5. proof of purchase is provided when returning the item.
  3. According to Article 6.22810(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days for goods manufactured according to the consumer’s special instructions, which are not pre-manufactured and are made according to the consumer’s personal choice or specification. High-quality goods that are made and sold under special orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
  4. If you wish to return a product, please contact us by email at info@leather.lt. The notice must be submitted within the specified period (fourteen calendar days).
  5. The money for returned products will be transferred to your bank account within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the last returned item.
  6. The product should be returned to the address Kauno g. 36-217, LT-03202 Vilnius (unless otherwise agreed). The Buyer must include an informational note in free form stating: the Buyer’s name, surname, bank account number and bank name, and the reason for the return (optional). The account holder must be the same person as the Buyer. All costs related to the return shipment must be covered by the sender (Buyer).
  7. The returned item must be fully complete. The Buyer is responsible for proper assembly and packaging of the returned item. If the product is not fully complete or not properly packaged, we or our representative will not accept it for return.
  8. The item must be returned in the same packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be undamaged, clean, properly prepared, and packed.
  9. The Buyer must return the goods at their own expense to the address specified by the Seller, except in cases where the item is returned due to a defect or poor quality.
  10. When returning a defective item, we undertake to accept the defective product and replace it with an identical one. If we do not have an identical product, we will refund the amount paid for the product to your specified bank account.
  11. If the Buyer is a legal entity, the Buyer has the right to submit claims regarding hidden defects of the goods within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery of the goods.
  12. Shipping costs and payment fees (such as PayPal or bank transfer charges) are non-refundable.
