1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the person purchasing goods at the online store
www.leather.lt (hereinafter – the Buyer) and UAB “Arenalis” (hereinafter – the Seller) when the Buyer purchases goods at the
www.leather.lt online store.
By purchasing goods from the online store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms.
2. Moment of Conclusion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement
The sale and purchase agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having created a shopping cart in the online store, provides all required data, reads the Terms, and clicks the “Order” button.
The agreement remains valid until the full performance of the obligations arising from it.
3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
The rights and obligations of the parties are implemented in accordance with the “Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts are Concluded Using Means of Communication,” approved by the Order No. 258 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania on August 17, 2001.
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store following these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the sale and purchase agreement concluded in the online store by notifying the Seller in writing within 14 working days from the date of delivery. The Buyer may withdraw from the agreement only if the goods are of proper quality, undamaged, and their appearance has not substantially changed.
3.3. The Buyer has other rights provided for in these Terms and applicable laws.
3.4. The Buyer must pay the price of the goods and delivery, as well as other fees (if specified at the time of ordering), and accept the ordered goods.
3.5. If the data provided in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update it immediately.
3.6. The Buyer must comply with all other requirements set out in these Terms and applicable laws.
4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt or harm the operation of the online store or fails to fulfill obligations, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict or terminate the Buyer’s access to the online store and is not liable for any resulting losses.
4.2. The Seller has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice and shall not be liable for any related losses.
4.3. The Seller has the right to unilaterally amend these Terms by publishing the updated version on the website of the online store. Changes become effective from the moment of publication for all transactions made thereafter.
4.4. The Seller has other rights provided for in these Terms and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4.5. The Seller undertakes to make reasonable efforts to ensure the proper operation of the online store. However, the Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free data transmission and is not liable for any losses arising from such disruptions or transmission errors.
4.6. In the event that the Seller cannot provide the ordered goods due to important circumstances, the Seller shall offer an equivalent product, and if the Buyer refuses it, the Seller must refund the amount paid for the goods within 7 working days. Delivery costs are non-refundable. In such cases, the Seller is released from liability for failure to deliver the goods.
4.7. The Seller undertakes to comply with other obligations established in these Terms.
5. Price of Goods and Payment
5.1. The prices of goods listed in the order and on the website include VAT.
5.2. The delivery fee is shown when the order is formed, before confirmation.
5.3. The Buyer can pay for the goods by advance bank transfer, indicating the order number.
5.4. Before payment (at the checkout stage), the Buyer must check the box confirming that they have read and agree with all provided rules and policies (Terms and Conditions of Purchase, Delivery Conditions, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy).
6. Delivery and Warranty
6.1. The Seller delivers goods using third parties – courier services. Couriers may contact the Buyer if necessary to confirm the delivery time. If no other person is specified in the order, the goods must be received by the Buyer.
6.2. If the Buyer cannot receive the goods at the agreed time, they must immediately inform the courier and the Seller.
6.3. If the goods are delivered at the agreed time but the Buyer is not present, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding delivery.
6.4. The Buyer must inspect the quantity, assortment, and quality of the goods upon receipt and sign the delivery documents confirming receipt.
6.5. Any visible defects must be noted in writing upon receipt. Hidden defects must be reported in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods.
6.6. The Seller undertakes to deliver goods to the address and within the time specified in the order. If unable to deliver on time, the Seller will immediately inform the Buyer.
6.7. Upon payment, the Seller sends an invoice to the Buyer electronically.
6.8. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the Buyer.
6.9. The Seller declares that all goods meet standard quality requirements. General characteristics are provided in each product description.
7. Other Provisions
7.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
7.2. All information provided on the Seller’s website is considered provided to the Buyer in writing.
7.3. The Parties agree to resolve disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by the court at the Seller’s registered office.
Privacy Protection of Personal Data

Each new Buyer must register by providing the following personal data:
– Name,
– Surname,
– Telephone number,
– Email address,
– Delivery address.
If the Buyer is a legal entity, they must also provide:
– Company name,
– Company code,
– VAT payer code (if applicable).
The Buyer, once registered, receives a login name and password.

The Seller ensures that personal data of registered users will be used only for identification and order fulfillment. Data may be used for marketing purposes only with the Buyer’s consent.

The Seller undertakes not to disclose personal data or order information to third parties, except for partners providing delivery or related services.

The Seller guarantees data protection according to Lithuanian law.

The Buyer must protect their login data and not disclose it to third parties. In case of violation, full responsibility lies with the Buyer.
Delivery of Goods

Via courier: Goods are dispatched the same day (if paid before 3 p.m.) or the next working day after payment. Orders in Lithuania are delivered Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00. If you cannot be at the delivery address, please contact us or the courier. Delivery time – 2–4 working days after payment confirmation.
Important: If you notice damage to the parcel, do not accept it and note this on the waybill. Otherwise, it will be considered properly delivered and no claims will be accepted.

International delivery: Goods are shipped abroad via DPD. Delivery time: 7 days (EU countries), 14 days (other countries).

Returns:
If you wish to return goods, you must contact us within 14 working days of receiving the parcel and provide:
– Order number and date;
– Product name and code;
– Reason for return (e.g., damaged item);
– Expected return date.
Important: Returned goods must be in original packaging. Delivery costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer.
